Channel 4 reality TV show chooses BT click&buy INTERNET BUSINESS NEWS-(C)1995-2003 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
UK telecomms company BT plc is supplying its BT click&buy service to Channel 4 reality television show The Salon so that online bookings may be taken.
The service will let members of the public put in requests for hair and beauty treatments with one of the employees at The Salon. Users need only register their details once and then enter their username and password each time they want to request an appointment. The BT click&buy account will then be settled by credit or debit card, Direct Debit or via a BT phone bill.
Appointment requests cost GBP0.25 and can be made at http://www.channel4.com/thesalon or http://www.btclickandbuy.com.
