For a guy who's stranded on a remote island with a man-eating monster, things are going surprisingly well for Josh Holloway. That's because as conniving criminal Sawyer on ABC's runaway smash Lost, he steals the show.

Q: Time to fess up: Where's this twisted show headed?

A: I'm not shittin' you--I have no idea. The cast gets the script about three days before we film the next episode, and we're all calling each other, "What's going on?" It's like I work for the C.I.A.

Q: What were you doing before you landed Lost?

A: For years, I wouldn't get anything. I almost moved to the country to be a forest ranger. I'd go, "C'mon, let me be the pizza guy! Get me killed in the beginning of the scene--I die well!"

Q: How do you stay TV-star fit?

A: I bust my tail. Lately, I've been doing more boxing and martial arts--and eating better. Being on the island, I've been eating a lot of fish.

Q: If you had to be stranded only one person, who'd it be?

A: My wife. She's incredibly resourceful and a damn good cook. She's tough, she makes me laugh, and we could roll around a lil' bit, ya know what I'm sayin'?
